While we aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours, response times may be longer during peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience.

Products + Regimens

We do not test on animals and do not ask others to do so on our behalf. We are committed to cruelty-free practices across our entire supply chain and have received certifications from major animal rights organizations.

Most of our products have a shelf life of three years when unopened. Once opened, please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol (a small open jar icon) on the packaging, which indicates how many months the product remains effective.

Order Inquiries

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and cart items before finalizing your purchase.

We are very sorry for the error. Please take a photo of the incorrect item along with the packing slip and contact our support team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you immediately.

Returns

We offer a 365-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a full refund within one year of purchase, provided that at least 50% of the product remains in the container. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
