At our core, we believe in the quality of our formulations. We understand that skincare is a personal journey and sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your unique skin chemistry. That’s why we offer one of the most flexible return policies in the industry.
365-DAY RETURN PERIOD
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us within 365 days (1 year) of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must have been purchased directly from our official website.
- The product must contain at least 50% of its original content. We cannot accept returns for empty or nearly empty bottles.
- Bundles and sets must be returned in their entirety to receive a refund.
- Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Happiness team via the contact form with your order number.
- Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible.
- Mail the package to our designated return center (address will be provided via email).
- Once received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong formulation, please notify us within 14 days. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Important Note on Sensitivities
If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please stop using it immediately. We recommend performing a patch test with all new products. Our team is available to guide you on how to introduce new actives into your regimen safely.
